PM Modi encourages bureaucrats in Mumbai, expresses confidence for 3rd term victory

During the commemoration ceremony of the Reserve Bank of India's 90 years in Mumbai, Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed his confidence in securing a third consecutive term in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Addressing bureaucrats, he urged them to anticipate a "flood of work" immediately after his oath-taking ceremony for the new term, emphasizing the need to accelerate efforts for India's economic self-reliance. With elections scheduled in seven phases from April 19 to June 1 and counting of votes on June 4, PM Modi outlined his vision for the next government, stressing the importance of innovation, financing emerging sectors, and preparing for advancements in cutting-edge technologies.

PM Modi's speech highlighted the government's achievements during his second term, including the abrogation of Article 370 in Jammu and Kashmir, within the first 100 days. Focusing on the future, he underscored the significance of developing expertise in financing new sectors and emphasized the potential of sectors like space and tourism. Additionally, he projected Ayodhya to become a major religious tourism center globally in the coming years, urging stakeholders to be prepared for the evolving needs of both traditional and emerging sectors.
